By visiting our website, purchasing our products (including hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and hair care items), or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Overview


  • Acceptance of Terms: By using this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.


2. Products and Pricing


  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, and lengths of our hair products. However, because virgin and raw hair come from individual donors, slight variations in color, texture, and wave/curl pattern are completely natural and do not constitute a defect.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in [Insert Currency, e.g., NGN / USD] and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice.


3. Orders and Payment


  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspicion of fraud, pricing errors, or payment verification failures.
  • Payment Processing: All payments must be completed in full via our secure checkout gateway (Selar) before orders are processed and shipped.


4. Shipping and Delivery


  • Processing Times: Orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Shipping times are separate and depend on the courier and your location.
  • Delays and Customs: We are not responsible for carrier delays, natural disasters, or international customs delays. For international orders, the customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is handed over to the shipping courier and a tracking number is provided, SkillCity Hairs is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.


5. Return, Exchange, and Hygiene Policy


  • Final Sale on Hair: Due to strict federal health and hygiene regulations regarding human hair products, all sales on hair extensions, wigs, closures, and frontals are final once the packaging has been opened, unspooled, or manipulated.
  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: If eligible under our specific return window (within 5 days of delivery), items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered (lace must not be cut, hair must not be bleached or dyed), and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item unless the error was made on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).


6. Intellectual Property Rights


  • All content on this website—including product photos, campaign images, logos, graphics, text, and software—is the property of SkillCity Hairs and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our brand images or content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our images may result in legal action.


7. Limitation of Liability


  • SkillCity Hairs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products, allergic reactions to hair dyes/care products used on extensions, or unauthorized alterations made to our hair units. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product purchased.


8. Governing Law


  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria & State of Lagos, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
